This month’s menu is a tribute to local flavor, crafted with care from seasonal ingredients sourced right here in our region:
Bison burgers topped with smoked bacon cheese
A savory mushroom medley featuring shiitake, blue oyster, and lion’s mane
Plus, a few surprise dishes inspired by what’s fresh and in season!
