A ritual to awaken the body through the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Guided through intentional movement, breath, and somatic exploration, this practice invites participants to embody nature’s wisdom and activate their energy and inner presence.

A sonic journey into stillness and integration. Ethereal frequencies, healing tones, and celestial textures are channeled through voice and live instruments to soften the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart.

Dress comfortably. Bring water and a blanket or yoga mat for the soundbath.Prepare to let your body and soul move to the beat in a judgment-free space.
