We will ELECT a Parent / Guardians board for the class of 2026 Project Graduation Booster. The positions include: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director or Member at Large.
Also on the agenda, we will discuss the following:
- Current financial status of class of 2026 from previous fundraisers and financial goals
- 8 total fundraisers, the fundraiser process, management and fundraiser approval
- The project grad 2026 Spirit STORE and moe that will run all year.
- 1st semester (4) fundraisers.
We have already started groundwork on several of the fundraisers for the first semester because there are action items that need to be done prior to school starting.
Those active and current fundraisers are:
SEMESTER 1 Fundraisers:
1. 2026 Discount Cards,
2. Chicken Dinner, (date to be determined, pending school approval
3. Undecided

SEMESTER 2 Fundraisers:
1. Poweder Puff
2. Macho Volleyball

- other (this is just a quick list of some of the items that will be discussed) Michelle and I will prepare documents and information on how the year will progress based on our previous years experience and information shared from last year, 2025 PG.
There will be more detail at the meeting. This agenda is preliminary / draft, we did not want to wait for a complete agenda before we put the date out there because we want as many in attendance as possible.
