Solful Awakening: Warm slow flow

We will focus on breaking down each asana, slowing down each movement to stay present and aware of the shapes we are creating in each posture and tuning into how it feels in your body. Using our breath as the anchor guiding the body, flowing from one posture to the next. The room will be gently heated to encourage softening of the muscles allowing space to release tension and tightness.
