Nourish & Recharge: Restorative yoga

This class is focused on supporting the body in grounding yin postures while encouraging the mind to relax and the nervous system to regulate. Each supported shape will be held for an extended amount of time, as we slow everything down seeking a deep state of rest. This class will replenish your cup and recharge your spiritual battery.
