Run, walk, scoot, roll, or bike — this casual, untimed loop is open to everyone (yes, that means strollers, scooters, and pups too �).

� Suggested donation: $20
� OR bring non-perishable food items like:
• Pasta, rice, canned protein
• Spaghetti sauce, veggies
• Fun extras like Pop-Tarts, cake mixes, peanut butter, etc.

Stick around after for mimosas and good vibes at The Mockingbird Café. �
