“Miles in the Middle” is the perfect 4-week bridge to keep your momentum going.
This camp is designed to maintain and build mileage in a fun, encouraging group environment.

Ideal for:
• Graduates of our beginner 5K camp
• Runners considering our 10K Camp starting August 11
• Anyone eyeing our Half Marathon Camp this fall
