A burning bowl ritual offers a sacred + powerful way to release negativity + clear out unwanted memories + conditions from your life.

At the end of our practice, we will write down what you want to release + let go of. People, relationships, illness, grief, sadness. Anything you don't want to carry into this new season of your life. We will burn it with intention outdoors in the fire. Enjoy the feeling of freedom + move into your next season lighter, more relaxed, + at peace.
