🌿 FREE Functional Fitness in the Park 💪

Breathe in the fresh air and move your body in nature! Join us for a fun, all-levels Functional Fitness class designed to support your overall wellness. We’ll focus on movements that help you feel stronger, more balanced, and energized in your everyday life.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this class is for everyone – all ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Bring: Mat or towel and water
Cost: Free!
Location: Underneath the three sycamore trees in Wenonah Park near The DoubleTree parking lot.
