There is a Food Giveaway from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, with walk-ups beginning at 6:15 PM. You must bring ID.
** If you are picking up for multiple households in the same vehicle, the person must be matched to the ID and be in the vehicle.
• if you are at work during the food giveaway or cannot get out
of your house for whatever reason, you must do the following:
1) Write a note that says,
"I, (your first and last name), give permission for (the person's full name that is picking up
for you) to pick up a food box for my household from
The Salvation Army. There are ____ people in my household, ages ___, ___ and ___"
You will then DATE and SIGN the letter
This letter is good for the current day only
2) The person picking up for you must have a copy of your photo ID. It can be a photo on the person's phone or it can be a photocopy
3) You will do this for each food giveaway.

• There will be yard signs along the route with a telephone number for you to text in order to sign in for the Food Giveaway. Once you text the number, you will receive a text with a link. Click on the link and complete the form. Once you click "I understand" to submit your form, you will be taken to the next screen with will have a time and date stamp. Take a screenshot of this and show it to the staff in the parking lot. This is how you pickup your box.
• YOU WILL KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION ON YOUR PHONE OR TAKE A SCREENSHOT WITH THE DATE AND TIME STAMP AND SHOW IT TO THE STAFF MEMBER THAT IS SIGNING PEOPLE IN.
** please note - if you do not use a smart phone or are not comfortable completing a form online, we will sign you in from our tablet**
NOTE - DO NOT SIGN IN UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT! If the screenshot of your time and date stamp confirmation does not show the CURRENT DATE, you will have to sign in again.
Sign in ONE TIME ONLY. Signing in multiple times will not get you additional food boxes.
*** NOTE***
Everyone must have an area in your trunk or inside your vehicle cleared out and ready to have your food box loaded in. Our volunteers have difficulty loading your food and drinks when there is not a cleared out area. Also please make sure your trunks are popped open or the vehicle door unlocked.
