Ecstatic Awakening Dance with Nicole

Step into your self with a free-flow movement practice. This class connects your breath, body, and soul with intentional movement.

This hour long practice includes meditation, breath work and loosely guided movements aimed to get you listening to your body. You can expect a range of tempos providing you with the opportunity to slow down and get your blood pumping. There’s no right or wrong way to move in this class, the only rule is that you do!

Please wear comfortable clothes, be prepared to be barefoot or wear grippy socks, and bring a water bottle.
