Szechuan spiced duck leg confit with flageolet beans, porcini mushroom, house bacon, fava greens and braising jus.

Grilled local Chinook salmon on hummus with roasted beets, Josi farms zucchini, preserved lemon and sauce salmoriglio
While summer fruit season is coming, we’re not quite there yet. In the meantime, we’ll finish out this late spring Supper with butterscotch budino and shortbread cookies.
