Join us for a scenic Paddleboard/ Kayak trip to Fancher’s Falls!

Launch Location: Cookeville Boat Dock
Distance: 5.19 miles round trip
Dog-Friendly (if they're up for it!)
This will take a few hours total
This is one of our longer routes, so it's best suited for dogs and handlers who are already comfortable on the water and have built up some endurance. We'll be paddling a shared waterway with boat traffic and stopping at a few peaceful coves for water breaks and snacks.
New to paddleboarding/kayaking but unsure if your dog is ready for a longer journey?
You're welcome to join without your pup. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence and get more comfortable on the water.
Plan Ahead:
Bring snacks and water for you and your dog
Bring treats and a towel
Life jackets are required on all dogs
Life jackets for humans must be on the vessel (per TN waterway regulations)
After unloading at the boat launch, we’ll move our vehicles to the restaurant parking lot before putting in
What We Provide:
Paddleboard rentals available for $15
7 boards available
Extra dog/ human life jackets available to borrow ( just let me know though so I don't reserve yours for someone else)
Waterproof cell phone cases, dry bag, and whistles available for borrowing
Let us know if you'd like to reserve gear or need assistance preparing for the trip.
