Strong Paws Fit Squad – Glow & Go 5K
Get ready to light up the night! Join us for our Glow and Go 5K — an after-dark walk/run with your pup and your very own fit squad.
Date: Sunday, August 10th
Time: 8pm
Location: Starting at Tennessee Tech and making our way Downtown Cookeville then looping back to TTU
We’ll hit the path in glow gear and keep the fun going as we move together through town. This is a casual, dog-friendly 5K—walk, jog, or roll with your pup at your own pace.
Theme: Glow in the dark! Bring your light-up leashes, reflective gear, glow sticks, and shine bright with the squad. We will provide some glow stick options!
