Women's Self-defense Class
Warrior Monk Method is offering a women's self-defense class at Mushin Martial Arts in Battle Creek, Michigan. Designed for individuals 16 years and older, this class covers basic striking skills, takedowns, ground control, defense, and submissions. Under 18 requires a guardian waiver. Join us to learn essential skills and techniques to be prepared and empowered. Registration required.
