Living with Pain taught by Ondo Joy Ziemke, LMSW, MDiv, CAADC

Living with Pain is a group designed for people who are living with emotional or physical pain and for people who care for people who are in emotional or physical pain. We will explore the connection between the physical and emotional to consider our own relationship to both.

Joy is passionate about being helpful to people who are looking for someone who can actually hear what is going on with them to help them find their answers.

She has pursued spirituality, psychology and now Buddhist meditation and teachings to see more deeply the body, mind, and spirit connections and in particular, how we obstruct ourselves through habitual or addictive behaviors to avoid or control emotional and physical pain.

She has done this primarily through intensive meditation practice in conjunction with years of education.

This class is donation based, $5-$15 per session and lasts 50 minutes. Please register online and arrive 5-10 minutes early to meet the teacher.
