Oral, Head & Neck Support Group

Support group for people affected by oral, head and neck related cancers. Led by a social worker, support groups allow individuals to meet others experiencing similar things and give people the chance to:

-share questions, concerns and feelings
-connect with others who understand
-reduce levels of stress and anxiety
-increase coping skills
-develop a sense of well-being
