This special intention-setting session aligns with the waxing crescent moon, a powerful phase for planting new seeds and embracing fresh beginnings. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as you rest comfortably on a mat or blanket, surrounded by grounding and celestial sounds from:
🔔 Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
🎶 Chimes, bells, and rattles
🌧️ Rain sticks
🪘 Drums and African harp
✨ Other overtone-emitting instruments
These healing sounds help shift brainwaves and soothe the nervous system—offering space for stillness, release, and transformation.
