Held at the beautiful YWCA Women’s Empowerment Center (1690 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806), this uplifting morning will include:

• A gentle, all-levels fitness session to build strength and confidence
• Stretch & breathwork infused with scripture for spiritual renewal
• A powerful panel discussion on faith, wellness, and motherhood
• A nourishing light brunch with healthy options and herbal teas
• A special gift for each guest as a token of love and encouragement
