When we are born, we are the purest versions of who we are in this lifetime. However, as time goes by, we are exposed to people & events in our lives that can re shape our true essence & disconnect us from our Hearts.
Our wounds can cause us to deviate away from who we are at Soul level, making us ungrounded, live inauthentic lives & operate from the head rather than the Heart.
Journey To The Heart is a Sacred Circle for Women to help raise their consciousness & vibration, so they can release the past, embrace the new and live from the heart. It is a space whereby we can re learn what it means to love ourselves unconditionally and connect not only with our true essence but one another also.
We will explore those areas of our lives that have brought fear over love, dimmed our light and created an imbalance as to how we have shown up in the world. In so doing, we empower ourselves to bring about change so we can allow our hearts to lead rather than our heads.
Many Women have lost their true selves via their conditioning, their roles and identities. They have lost touch with their hearts in a world dominated by logic and fear.
However, as the old world as we know it is being dismantled, a new world is rising, and as inhabitants of the world, we too need to rise up!
You will experience extremely gentle movement, discussion, guided meditation, information around your energy system and how this relates to you and your body / life. There are NO pre requisites to attend these sessions, only the willingness to listen, to share and to re connect.
