We Yoga Embodiment Workshop� 9th August | 12–3pm £45ppThis workshop is designed especially for those who feel unsure or disconnected in traditional yoga classes—whether you’re completely new to yoga or simply haven’t yet found your flow.If you've ever felt misaligned in postures, unsure where your body should be, or struggled with discomfort and doubt during practice, this space is for you.Over three gentle, supportive hours, we’ll break down key alignment points and walk you through accessible cues step by step. But more importantly, you’ll be given the time and space to really feel into your body—to explore, adjust, and discover what works for you.This isn’t about performing yoga “perfectly.” It’s about embodying the practice—moving with awareness, patience, and self-trust. You’ll leave with tools to help you feel more confident and connected on your mat, in any setting.No prior experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and your body, exactly as it is.
