Wellness Retreat in Bath

Immerse yourself in tranquillity in Bath with one of our exclusive Wellness Retreats, hosted by the inspiring Louise Percy and Pippa Seaton. Taking place on the 9th November 2025 (departing after breakfast on 10th) this thoughtfully designed retreat combines yoga, mindful breathing, pilates and delicious food to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Louise Percy brings over 15 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for helping people discover the transformative benefits of yoga. A Level 3 Lyengar yoga teacher, Louise’s expertise has been shaped by extensive training in the UK and India, including her studies with the Lyengar family in Pune. Her sessions focus on building both physical strength and mental clarity, providing tools to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and balance.

Pippa Seaton has over 15 years of experience treating private clients in London and Bath and combines expert chiropractic care with a deep understanding of sports medicine and Pilates based rehabilitation. Beyond sports, she has a strong passion for supporting women’s health, guiding clients through postnatal recovery and the musculoskeletal challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
