Bath KCG - Colours from nature: a talk on naturally dyeing wool

Lorna is a natural dyer, artist and knitting pattern designer living in Stroud. She's passionate about growing and foraging dye plants to create beautiful, long-lasting colours from nature. In this talk, Lorna will introduce you to natural dyes, and how to grow and forage them for yourself. There'll also be examples of dye plants to look at, and the seasonal colours they produce.
Lorna will bring things to sell (patterns and yarn) so you may want to bring a means of payment! You might want to bring a notepad and pen to jot down useful details. Feel free to bring a current project to work on while we listen to Lorna’s presentation.
