Sunset Yoga + Sound Bath

Join Jess & Niki Corcoran on the farm at sunset for a 45-minute yoga flow + 15-minute sound bath

Sound bath meditation is a therapeutic practice in which participants are immersed in soothing sounds. It uses sound vibrations to induce relaxation and enhance mental and emotional well-being.

We are on a horse farm - pony love is encouraged
