We are thrilled to welcome Ashley McCord, Executive Vice President of Ankarsrum, Inc. to the Now You're Cooking demonstration kitchen to teach "Ankarsrum Introduction & Basics" Class. Ashley is THE expert on Ankarsrum in the United States, and her parents own a cookware store in Georgia called The Bread Beckers that specializes in all things bread baking and grains. So having such a knowledgeable person to teach us about these powerful mixers is a real treat!
This class is about 2.5hr long, and in it, Ashley will go over the history of Ankarsrum all while showing everything that's included with the mixer and how it's used.
Ashley is also a phenomenal baker and chef and will show class participants how to make the following menu using the Ankarsrum + attachments (and they'll get to eat):
• Italian Focaccia using the Dough Roller
• Crispy Baguettes using the Dough Hook
• Homemade Garlic Butter using the Balloon Whisks
• Swedish Caramel Cookies using the Single Wire Beaters
