Sparring Class!

This Sparring Class is another FLEXIBLE class! What's that mean? Students do not have to stay from 10 am through 12 pm. Students can arrive at 10 or 11 and participate for 1 to 2 hours.

*Remember: D & B has helmets and chest pads as loaner equipment.

Students are responsible for all other items! (A few free, used shin and arm pads may still be available! All items are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE)

Our hope is that this flexibility works best for your scheduling - AND - WE WANT TO HELP EVERYONE be better prepared for both the sport of competing in tournaments AND keeping yourself safe with the best defensive tactics!

This rotation means you come in, suit up, and bow at the edge of the mat asking for permission to enter. Students will be assigned to a ring to spar - do NOT walk across the rings or interrupt other activities.
