Sparring Class

Saturday 10-12 noon is not regular class - IT'S SPARRING CLASS!

If you have not sparred before, DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY!
Bring pads if you have them; chest / helmet availability is limited to borrow! *we do NOT carry arm/shin pads to be borrowed - these need laundered frequently*

*MOUTH PIECE = REQUIRED (we have beginner quality mouth guards for $2 - now in stock!).
**GROIN PROTECTION = REQUIRED (for males)
