The Great Beer Cookoff!

Get ready for SSB’s 1st Annual Great Beer Cook-off on Sunday, July 27th, from 2-4!

WINNERS PUBLISHED IN OUR SSB COOKBOOK!

Here’s how to participate:

Your dish must feature our beer or spent grain as a key ingredient. We welcome the following categories: appetizers, entrees, and baked goods. Get creative with ideas like braised meats, artisan bread, or unique dips and desserts. Please prepare enough of your dish for at least four dozen samples.

Bring your entry to Sturdy Shelter Brewing between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 27th, 2025.

We’ll provide score sheets, sampling cups, and spoons. Judging will be based on people’s choice, and any leftover food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

$10 registration fee to enter a dish, and it’s $5 to be a judge. All proceeds will go directly to support our neighbors in need.

Winners will be published in our upcoming Sturdy Shelter Brewing Cookbook!
