Guest Speaker Series: Stefan Krieger, "Stories of My Great-Grandfather's Murder"

The Holland Land Office is proud to announce the next presenter in its Guest Speaker Series on Wednesday, June 11th at 7 pm. Hofstra Law Professor Stefan Krieger shares the story of his great-grandfather's murder in Batavia in 1915. Yomtov (Jacob) Schoenberg was viciously murdered in his sleep while at home at 138 Liberty Street by an intruder bludgeoning his head with a piece of scrap iron. Mr. Krieger decided to delve deeper into the case and has written a piece about it.
