Relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Enjoy the physical and mental experience while listening to the crystal bowl sound vibrations with instructor Mike McGuigan. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket and yoga mat if you want to be on the floor. Chairs will be available for those wanting to be seated.
