2026 we are choosing to love ourselves and that means our strongest and best selves! Join us as we kick off our Colony Fit program. We have Colony Strong classes and a relaunch of our Colony Run Club hosted by Gym Guyz, yoga, Zumba, and community accountability built right in.
Gym Guyz has Nationally Accredited Personal Trainers will guide you through a 60-minute Strength and Conditioning workout for everyone of all skill levels and abilities.
