Move, breathe, learn, process, and nourish your soul.

Learn how to lead your family from your head and heart as we explore the 10 Pillars of Empowered Consciousness Parenting. Grow your resilience, presence, and awareness in motherhood through guided yoga, mediation, and journaling.

This circle is held as a sacred pause for mothers. Childcare is not provided; however, nursing babies are welcome. We invite you, if you can, to come alone and give yourself the gift of full presence.
