Kitchen Sink Circuit Class with Spero Rehab Bastrop

Join Spero Rehab for an interactive, circuit-style functional fitness class designed to target 5 key areas for longevity and injury prevention. Led by a Spero physical therapist, this dynamic session will focus on flexibility, posture, balance, core and lower body strength while getting your blood flowing. Plus, ask a Doctor of Physical Therapy any questions about any movement barriers you currently have that are holding you back from doing the things you love.
