Sahaja Yoga Meditation Workshop

Welcome to our spring renewal workshop! Join us at our Gidgegannup centre to experience a peaceful, effective guided meditation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Learn simple take-home skills to stay calm and balanced throughout the week. This two hour session is set in the tranquil surrounds of the Perth Hills. Suitable for everyone of any age or background. Everyone, including children, is welcome and all sessions are completely free. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, easy and enjoyable technique based on ancient knowledge and modern science.
All you need to bring is comfortable warm clothing and cosy socks.
