Echoes of renewal

As the seasons shift and new life begins to blossom, join Sound facilitator Jackalyn, Yin yoga instructor Beth Marie and Intuitive Energy worker Kerry for a restorative afternoon of mind, body and soul energy renewal.

Be prepared to be immersed in a journey designed to release what no longer serves, restore balance and welcome fresh beginnings.

A 2.5-hour journey through:

Gentle Yin Yoga

Soundscape of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums and sacred instruments including
Intuitive energy vibration flowing gently throughout the room
