A one-day creative & sound meditation retreat
Your invited to Sacral Stillness, a deeply nourishing day retreat where we move slowly, feel deeply, and reconnect to the wisdom held in the body. A sacred pause to regulate, recalibrate, and remember your natural rhythm.
🎨We’ll weave together creative expression, embodied practices, and immersive sound meditation to soothe the nervous system, awaken intuitive flow, and restore inner steadiness 🎨
Schedule:
Morning - Welcome circle followed by a Sacral activation and guided intuitive drawing (beginner friendly) to take home. Reflection and share process.
Lunch - Refreshing rainbow GF vegetarian lunch provided.
Afternoon- Chakra Balancing Sound Meditation and Closing Circle.
Through guided visualisation, bilateral drawing, rhythm, voice, and a long, grounding sound journey, you’ll be lovingly supported to drop out of the mind and back into your body — no experience needed, just a willingness to arrive exactly as you are

Facilitators
Demelza Wheatcroft is an artist, workshop facilitator, and reiki practitioner based in the Perth Hills. With a Masters in community art education, Demelza creates gentle, accessible creative spaces that support self-expression, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence.
Anna is a sound alchemist and Access Consciousness Practitioner who works intuitively with vibration, rhythm, and sound to support deep relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance. Her sound meditations are grounding, immersive, and attuned to the unique energy of the group.
