This session is for anyone feeling scattered, tired, or disconnected from themselves, and longing to return to a place of steadiness, safety, and inner trust.
Through crystal sound bowls and gentle energetic guidance, this journey supports:
• Nervous system reset and deep relaxation
• Recalling your energy from others and external demands
• letting go of self-betrayal, guilt, and emotional holding
• Re-establishing inner balance, clarity, and self-connection
There is nothing to do, nothing to fix, purely a cultivation of self to feel the feels in sacred space during this time.
