**Step-Up (Beginners + Walking Fitness)**
**Do you want to get stronger, fitter, and feel more confident with exercise and balance?**
**How about a class where you can work along like minded people — without feeling out of place?**
If so - **Step-Up** is a welcoming fitness class for beginners that combines low-impact strength exercises with walking (or should you feel up to it - a little jogging).
Each session is follow a relaxed approach to help you enjoy exercise and is perfect if you’re just starting out or getting back into movement.
The best but, after a few weeks -you’ll see improvements in strength, balance, and energy, while reducing fatigue. better yet, you’ll also Increase your daily step count
And to help you with all aspects of exercise and motivation , you’ll gain access to my APP. Here you can follow the session at home with step-by-step videos, while recording your progress during each session. Finally, you’ll also be able to message me in app to answer and questions or concerns that might arise.

In door tennis centre - War Memorial Park (Basingstoke)
Only £10 a session (special rate of £16 for those also attending the Lift-UP class - 10-11am Buckskin Evangelical Church every Monday).
