Breathe For Ease: Soothing Pranayama & Sound Bath

A trauma-informed breathing practice to calm an overstimulated nervous system. Through mindful breathing techniques that suit your capacity ( with no hyperventilation methods but rather soothing ones) and a gentle ending accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls that you can enjoy laying down or sitting comfortably. Suitable for all levels, with props and choices to honour your needs. Chairs available too”

Please note that sound baths are suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please do not book if these conditional apply to you.
