BERLIN BREATHWORK CLUB CLASS

Experience the transformative power of breath and movement in this special Yoga & Breathwork Class with Daniela Fuentes and Marc Tommy Wiesener.

We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice to awaken and prepare the body. As movement opens space in the body, we’ll transition into a guided breathwork journey—using conscious, connected breathing to release emotional tension, clear stagnant energy, and invite deep rest and clarity.

Marc Tommy is the founder of Berlin Breath Club, a vibrant breathwork and wellness community rooted in Berlin. With a trauma-informed, body-aware approach, Marc’s sessions are known for their emotional depth, safety, and human warmth.

What sets his breathwork apart is the unique energy he brings to each session—combining music, intuitive guidance, and a grounded presence to create a space that feels open, honest, and healing. His work invites participants to safely explore inner layers, let go of what no longer serves, and reconnect with their vitality.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this workshop welcomes all levels and offers a deeply nourishing experience.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open heart. Mats, props, and some healthy snacks to ground you after the class are provided at the studio.
