Friday night relax at Woodplumpton bowling and community club

Join me for a time of rest and relaxation through sound. Trained by the British Academy of Sound Therapy, I play Himalayan singing bowls, gong, crystal singing bowls and therapeutic percussion to create a state of deep relaxation. Firstly the harmonies of the Himalayan bowls will settle you by allowing your brain frequencies to gradually slow down, taking you from the chattering mind to a place of stillness and calm. The deep, resonant tones of the gong will guide you further into deep rest releasing any blockages, physical or emotional. The pure sound of the crystal singing bowls bring about a sense of peace and harmony and to end gentle therapeutic percussion will guide you back home to yourself.
