Sound and Sauna

You can feel the energy in the room drop at least 5 minutes before the first bowl is struck

Witnessing the stillness move through everyone, like waves lapping the shore, while the words of the meditation fill both the room and our hearts is a pure joy 🕉

Taking time out to just focus on you. On your breathe. On your body.

Allowing the sound to fill the room, to fill you.

To relax your body, your mind, your soul.

Then Unwinding in the heat of the sauna to finish the evening.

If you are feeling pushed and pulled by the stresses and pressures of daily life, it's time to take time out for YOU.

To relax, reconnect, and re-energize.
