Before maps were drawn and the land named in foreign tongues, we were wilder, singing with rivers, dreaming with the moon, in harmony with the circle of life. As we celebrate Lammas and the first harvest, we invite you to an embodied tale of remembrance, exploring the whispers of who we once were and celebrating the gift of true belonging in the warmth of the summer.
Welcome to a multi-dimensional offering weaving embodied dance, storytelling, sacred sounds and the ancient Celtic wisdom : Stella Marie, renowned Welsh storyteller and artist, will guide embodied practices to awaken the wisdom of the land still held in our bodies, DJ Seagypsee, Ecstatic Dance Cardiff founder, will lead the cacao activation to ground us in soulful presence followed by a Celtic-tribal infused ecstatic dance journey to nourish and ignite your dreams, Darren Austin Hall, masterful sound healer and Canadian musician with Welsh ancestry will close the journey with a majestic celestial sound bath. Get ready for a magical night of deep embodiment, earthy aliveness, and rememberance. Sober. Raw. Deliciously alive.

This is the essence of what we want to create. More than just a party, (which of course it is too!) it is also a gathering that build meaningful relationships and connectivity, authentic purpose and loving kindness. We are community that learn how to tap into the natural ways to celebrate life and grow together.
On this night, we will enjoy nature, meditate, set intention, dance freely, connect, lift up our energies to the highest states. A time to infuse our intentions as the sublime cacao, music and sounds circulate through our bodies. A time to fill our cups majestically, enliven our spirits in true community and remind ourselves how amazing we are! ✨🌈 💖

Arrival

Delight in the beautiful surroundings of coed hills rural art space. You can enjoy a wonder in the forest garden, the stone circle, the woods, have a pick at the eco sustainable constructions or have a sauna.
Cacao Activation & intention Setting w/ Sea Gypsee
7pm - 7.20pm
At the beginning of this session, we will introduce ceremonial cacao. As well as being incredibly delicious, ceremonial cacao helps us to ground, enhance our dance experience and open our hearts. It can also gently guide us to connect with hidden dimensions of ourselves. At Ecstatic Dance Cardiff we prepare cacao with great respect for the indigenous wisdom keepers of this master plant medicine, infusing it with prayers, songs and love during the whole preparation process ✨
As we sip Ceremonial Cacao with intention and through a guided meditation to open our hearts, we will call in an intention for this year. The effects of cacao can vary from one person to another, but you can expect an improvement of mood and pleasure, stimulation of mental alertness and heart expansion.
As well as being one of the most potent superfood on the planet, this ceremonial grade cacao will help you to reach a state of mild euphoria, without altering your consciousness. It's a beautiful heart-opener and with intention, it can help you enhance your wellbeing to the next level. It truly is the new way to dance without alcohol and we absolutely love it!

Embodiment Practice & Ecstatic Dance w/ Stella & Sea Gypsee
7:20pm - 9pm
You are invited to this safe, playful space, where the whole of you is welcomed. In this session, you will gently be guided to breathe, let go of stress, recharge and move as you feel. Dancing and cultivating authentic movement from the inside is deeply nurturing and healing. Be prepared to deeply connect with the elements, move, sweat, experience and enjoy!
🌊 Unlike clubbing, ecstatic dance sets are built like "waves" moving from slow and mellow, to very dynamic and everything else in between; gently guiding you to stretch your body and mind in many directions, to experience the vast spectrum of your emotions with mindfulness and wild abandon. Most of the time when people dance it is to look good to others, but here, we dance to connect with our authentic natural selves.
Music Medicine w/ Darren Austin Hall
9 - 9.20pm
After the dance, we will land back safely on the ground and drop into the liminal space. As we receive a masterful sound bath from Darren Austin Hall with delightful scents, we will naturally experience a state of deep relaxation and harmony. A special cocooning moment to surrender and benefit from an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experience..
Closing Circle w/ Sea Gypsee
9.20-9.30pm
We gather in circle to close the evening. This is a chance to feel connected in peace as a tribe. We tune into what is present within us, share and receive others experience in authenticity and non judgment. There will also be a chance to talk more by the fire after the dance.
Social Time
9.30-10pm
After the dance, for those who wish to stay, there will be food and a time for us to just be together.

AS WE LISTEN DEEPER TO YOUR BODIES, THE DANCEFLOOR OPENS THE DOOR TO FLOWING WITH OUR EMOTIONS, CONNECT WITH OTHERS AND EXPERIENCE EUPHORIC RELEASE. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AND THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY TO MOVE. THE FACILITATOR GIVES OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY BUT WE ARE TOTALLY FREE TO ENGAGE OR DO OUR OWN THING WITH THE DANCE.

Stella Marie is a renowned artist and storyteller from Wales who explores the native mysteries and wisdom traditions of her ancestral homeland, ancient knowledge that has been forgotten but never truly lost. Through the lens of a modern perspective, she weaves Wales' ancestral lore into contemporary creative expression, sharing this wisdom through education, storytelling, movement, song, and rap. Guided by the spirits of the wilderness, Stella follows wherever her creative calling leads, helping others reconnect with their creative potential through the timeless wisdom of the land.

Sea Gypsee is an Ecstatic Dance DJ and facilitator on a mission to inspire people to boldly engage in their life with heart and soul. By re-connecting with our inner body wisdom and through the dynamic practice of the 5 elements, Seagypsee creates unexpected, sexy and fun DJ sets to feel free and feel ourselves from within.
Her sonic journeys are a mix of ethnic and tribal beats, amapiano, folktronika, deep house, afro house, world music, drum n'bass, psytrance, dub, medicine songs that weave a return to love, eros, tribe and nature. An somatic meditative dance to explore our edges, uplift our spirits and rejuvenate from the inside out.
Seagypsee is the creatrix of Ecstatic Dance Cardiff. She offers her unique energy in the conscious scene for places such as Ecstatic Dance UK in London, Love Ecstatic Dance Paris, Ecstatic Dance Brighton, Ecstatic Dance Bristol, Cosmic Dance in Frome, Baumka Conscious Clubbing in Manchester and also creates offerings at conscious festivals such as All About Love, Medicine Festival, Boomtown, Anthropos among others, as well as holding embodiment retreats in France.

Darren Austin Hall is a masterful sound healer, mystical musician, author, poet and ecstatic dance DJ/facilitator. He is the creator of the Source Resonance Academy devoted to leading sound healing training retreats, intensives and workshops around the world to initiate others onto the path of using sacred sound as a medicine of the soul. He shares his legendary Sacred Sound Journey Concerts around the world and is a renowned recording artist regularly working with renowned artists in the scene including Mose . His new double-album, HONOUR ALL CREATION, is a concept album of sound healing journey music, mystical folk and ambient dance music devoted to the dawning of the New Earth. It also consists of a coinciding online course that charts a deep vision quest into the sacred wisdom of the Earth and the Great Goddess -- Honour All Creation: A New Earth Story. He has many albums of sound healing and 'shamanic pop music' on music streaming platforms and his YouTube channel.
