Mark Sambell Trio

The Mark Sambell Trio will appear at Coaltrains, Barry on the morning of Saturday November 22nd. The trio perform a mix of standards, funk and latin tunes with an emphasis on modern piano trio material. A mix of traditional and more contemporary material fuse together to form a signature sound. Material is drawn from Chick Corea, Oscar Peterson and Gershwin amongst others and is given a distinctive edge and clarity. Mark Sambell leads from the piano supported by Bill FletcherBillfletcher on bass and Ian Poole on drums.
