FREE CARDIO DRUMMING class

Hey friends,

We're running a FREE Cardio Drumming/Rhythm Rebels drumming event this Thursday (July 31) for both kids and adults – we’re filming for promo footage so I'm trying to fill every spot and could use your help!

It’s going to be lots of fun, and should be a good workout too! I’d love if you could join us, and/or pass it on to anyone interested.

🥁 Kids class: 7–7:30
🥁 Adult class: 7:30–8:00

No experience necessary, and all equipment is provided.
