Vinyasa Flow

Let's tune into the body, mind and emotions while optimally increasing our range of motion. We'll engage our breath, clear our mind, set intentional energy and open into all the layers of our bodies.
This class promotes using movement as a tool to go deeper into our physical body, incorporating rocking and oscillating motions as well as some joint rotations to create space from head to toe!
This class uses straps and blocks (you can use ours or bring your own) and is open to all levels.
All levels welcome. Options/modifications offered throughout.
