Sacred Sound Bath + Meditation

Join our guest host Ryan Mussen for a sacred sound meditation experience that gently guides the mind and spirit through realms of sound, vibration, and deeper states of being. Relax, open your awareness, and receive.
You'll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls and planetary gongs and drums, creating a deeply calming and transformative space.
We’ll create cozy sound bath nests using our props or anything you'd like to bring from home. Comfort on all levels is welcome.
