Woolacombe Yoga Workshop

A yoga workshop to help you feel connected and aligned. Including meditation, breath work, yoga movement, relaxation and tarot. We will discuss intuition and easy ways to look after ourselves. Bring a mat, props and blanket. You can hire a mat for £2.
