We’re celebrating this year’s Great Big Green Week by taking Wild & Edible action in Ilfracombe! 🥕🍅🧄🫑🐝🦋
All are welcome to join our Green Team to help with planting and maintaining herbs and other edibles across our network of planters around town:
Saturday 14th June
10am-12pm
Meeting outside the old Earth Repair Shop premises, 7 Church St (just along from the Co-op)
We’ll also be eco-weeding along parts of Church St and Fore St, so you just need to bring along your gardening gloves (we have some in all sizes and all the planting + weeding kit).
Everyone is also very welcome to join our friends at Cow Green which is hosting a special Great Big Green Week Community Gardening activity
Friday 13th June
10am-12pm
Cow Lane (150 yards up Cow Lane off the High Street or 150 yards down from Oxford Grove)
A fun, social community group offering help to would-be or experienced gardeners do as much or as little nature tending as desired! All equipment and a welcomed coffee-break provided!
