Early Doors Sessions

Early Doors Sessions. 6.30am to 7:15am - £6.00 per class on a WEDNESDAY!!!!! Location: Brookdale Church (Upstairs)...... eventually heading back to Bicclescombe Park when temp. and light allows. This class is a mixture of mobility, strength and functioning activities which should leave you feeling ready for the day(s) ahead.
